Learning Support (SEN) at Treamis International School

Treamis International School provides comprehensive Learning Support and Special Educational Needs (SEN) services that reflect its commitment to inclusive education and the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy. We believe every child is unique and deserves equal access to high-quality education in a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment.
Our inclusive learning approach places strong emphasis on social and emotional well-being, ensuring students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed academically and personally.
Learning Support at Treamis is a collaborative partnership between teachers, parents, and external specialists when required. Early identification of learning needs allows us to implement differentiated teaching strategies and personalised support that enable all learners to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

The Learning Support Department offers a continuum of services, including:

  • In-class learning support and accommodations
  • Small-group and individual interventions
  • Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support from Assistant Learning Support (ALS) staff
  • Multisensory learning strategies and assistive technologies

Through these inclusive practices, Treamis nurtures confident, compassionate learners who embody the IB Learner Profile and thrive in a diverse, global learning community.
